Provides bell services for hotel guests by handling luggage, baggage, and packages; explaining room types, amenities, and hotel facilities; operating company vehicles; and delivering attentive, efficient guest support. The role requires effective English communication, computer and property-management-system skills, schedule flexibility, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull heavy loads while working outdoors.

Performs routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance throughout a large hotel property. Responds to work orders and guest requests, troubleshoots building systems, performs repairs, maintains tools and supplies, monitors energy use, and follows safety procedures. The role assists senior engineers with complex tasks, supports efficient facility operations, and requires flexibility, physical stamina, customer service, and basic knowledge of maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, pumps, and controls.

Performs general repairs, emergency maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, work-order completion, lighting repairs, building-system monitoring, and supply management throughout a hotel. Responds to guest maintenance requests, supports senior engineers, follows safety procedures, assists with sustainability initiatives, and maintains organized work areas. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong customer service, physical stamina, and the ability to work with tools, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, controls, and A/C pumps.
