Lead and supervise the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service. Oversee daily front desk operations, coordinate room assignments with housekeeping, resolve guest issues, manage financial records and audits, deliver training, prepare operational reports, and support initiatives to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Must handle emergencies and work varying schedules.

Supervise food & beverage service operations, enforce SOPs and grooming standards, oversee cleanliness and inventory, manage cash handling and shift communications, assist team leader with training, menu/taste panels, and month-end counts, and fill in for staff as needed.

Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining room and public-area quality through training, inspections, and QA dashboard analysis. Conduct Hostar compliance inspections, attend walkthroughs with leadership, perform random evaluations, schedule and monitor training with Star Trainers, create onboarding schedules, track training plans for new hires, and support Rooms Division training initiatives.
