Oversee cash management and liquidity across a multi-property hotel portfolio. Prepare property-level and consolidated cash flow forecasts and statements, plan and track large payments, execute intercompany transfers, monitor owner contributions and distributions, and reconcile related accounts. Support property accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while ensuring accurate reporting and cash availability.

Lead and implement sales strategies for assigned hotels, drive revenue growth, develop corporate and group accounts, maintain client relationships, manage sales activities in the CRM, coordinate meetings and group blocks, analyze market opportunities and competition, meet sales goals, and collaborate with hotel operations to ensure successful group and guest experiences.

Supports hotel revenue management and distribution strategies by generating reports, entering and auditing data, updating rates, restrictions, demand calendars, group pricing tools, and negotiated rates. The coordinator monitors rate parity, communicates brand and system updates, assists with revenue calls and forecasts, and supports OTA reconciliation. This part-time role requires strong Excel and computer skills, attention to detail, organization, and effective independent and team-based work.

Serves hotel guests at the front desk by handling check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, special requests, payments, calls, messages, and guest concerns. Maintains knowledge of hotel operations, rates, amenities, loyalty programs, local attractions, emergency procedures, and safety deposit boxes. Performs light cleaning and entry-area upkeep, handles cash and end-of-shift banking, and works variable hours including nights and weekends.

Supervise front desk operations across two boutique hotels, including coordinating staff, enforcing rate and credit policies, managing cash controls, maintaining lobby and front desk standards, reviewing guest satisfaction scores, supporting training, ordering supplies, auditing operational controls, and participating in profit/loss reviews. The role also handles employee coaching, scheduling, emergency procedures, departmental meetings, and escalates unusual incidents to hotel management.
