Drives agricultural sales growth across the Pacific Northwest and other assigned states by managing key accounts, developing customer relationships, providing agronomy-based recommendations, supporting distributors, and conducting field product demonstrations and testing. Maintains CRM records, collaborates internally to resolve customer needs, presents product results, and travels regularly to farms and customer sites. Requires strong regional crop knowledge, sales expertise, communication skills, and up to 50% domestic travel.

Oversee engineering coordination, vendor and contractor management, installation logistics, and on-site supervision for fermentation tanks and a dedicated facility. Review drawings, datasheets, P&IDs, submittals, and RFIs; coordinate structural integration, foundations, rigging, construction schedules, and code compliance. Resolve field engineering issues and report project progress to management. The role requires local Northeast Ohio availability for weekly site visits.
