Develops future branch leaders through hands-on responsibility for team performance, branch operations, customer and contractor relationships, and workplace culture. The role offers a path to Branch Manager and emphasizes servant leadership, ownership, community involvement, and employee ownership through an ESOP. Candidates may bring industry experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or distribution; leadership experience; or relationship-driven sales experience.

Processes payments, reconciles accounts, manages credit activities, resolves disputes, and handles inbound and outbound customer communications. The role responds to phone and email inquiries, resolves issues according to company policy, and supports internal and external customers. Requires customer service experience, strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Owns enterprise network infrastructure across headquarters, data centers, and branch locations. Responsibilities include switching, routing, SD-WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, load balancing, DNS, monitoring, troubleshooting, and network projects. Provides backup to the network engineer and performs secondary administration of Windows, Linux, VMware, storage, backups, patches, and security systems. Also documents systems and supports company personnel.

Supports and improves ERP, warehouse, business intelligence, CRM, and related applications. Analyzes business processes, troubleshoots application issues, supports users, creates training materials, manages enhancements and upgrades, and collaborates with vendors and stakeholders. The role also contributes to implementations, data migrations, EDI and API integrations, ETL processes, SQL development, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
