Support project managers in planning and executing roadway design projects: prepare proposals, budgets, schedules; perform engineering analysis and design; produce project documents, specifications, and reports; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and agencies; and mentor junior staff.

Lead and manage roadway and highway design projects (especially ODOT), overseeing budgets, schedules, technical design, QA/QC, client coordination, and multidisciplinary teams. Support business development, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with standards.
