Own the full proposal lifecycle for infrastructure project pursuits, from strategy meetings and content development through production, QA/QC, and delivery. Collaborate with project managers and technical staff, write and edit proposals and presentations, develop marketing materials, and use tools including Adobe InDesign, HubSpot, and Kanvit. The role requires strong communication, proofreading, organization, cross-referencing, deadline management, and the ability to translate technical information for varied audiences.

Design and deliver roadway and transportation improvement projects, including engineering analyses, calculations, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Use Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads Designer to develop roadway designs, apply design standards, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in project meetings, and support project managers with documentation and technical deliverables. The role includes mentorship and continued development toward PE licensure.

Designs and delivers roadway and transportation projects, performing engineering analyses, preparing plans, specifications, estimates, reports, permits, and project documentation.
