Entry-level opportunities for recent graduates across transportation, water resources, traffic, structural, environmental, and construction engineering disciplines. Employees contribute to infrastructure and environmental projects while receiving mentorship, professional development, and support pursuing EIT and PE licensure. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, environmental science, construction engineering, surveying, or a related field, strong communication and problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, and U.S. work authorization.

Interns support transportation, water resources, environmental, construction administration, traffic planning, and structural engineering projects. They work alongside experienced engineers on infrastructure design, construction, planning, environmental analysis, inspections, and client or project meetings. The program provides mentorship, meaningful assignments, feedback, and practical experience applying academic knowledge to real-world infrastructure and environmental challenges.

Supports roadway and highway design projects by assisting with planning, proposals, budgets, timelines, engineering analysis, design, and project documentation. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies while reviewing reports and specifications. The role requires roadway design experience, proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads, and collaboration across multiple project tasks. It may also include mentoring junior staff and supporting quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
