Lead the integrations and platform product roadmap, partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize work, evaluate and run new product initiatives from concept to launch, define success metrics, and ensure adoption. Focus initially on integrations while supporting broader product strategy, technical architecture understanding, compliance considerations, and data-driven decision making.

The Cybersecurity Engineer will design and implement security infrastructure, manage vulnerability processes, lead incident responses, and collaborate across teams in a fintech environment, focusing on AWS security.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable Java backend applications and integrations. Design RESTful services, troubleshoot production issues, improve performance and reliability, apply secure coding practices, and collaborate with UI and business stakeholders. The role includes monitoring systems, conducting code reviews, supporting incident postmortems, and mentoring junior developers within an Agile engineering team. This is a hybrid position based in Etobicoke, Ontario, requiring two office days per week.
