    Dental coverage is provided by Guardian.

    Disability insurance

    Short-term and long-term disability through Guardian is provided for free for all full-time employees.

    Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

    Health insurance

    We offer three options with BlueCross BlueShield and Kaiser. We cover 90% of premiums for employees and 70% for dependents. We contribute $50/month toward your HSA ($100/month for HSA family plans).

    Life insurance

    Lob-sponsored life insurance through Guardian covers 1x annual salary (up to $250k).

    Vision insurance

    Vision coverage is provided by VSP.
