Provides academic records and registration support within a university registrar’s office. Responds to student, faculty, and staff inquiries; processes registration changes, grade updates, and enrollment verifications; maintains confidential records under FERPA; supervises and trains student workers; coordinates digitization projects; updates communications and web content; liaises with campus services; and assists with reports, orientation, commencement, and related events.

Leads university video production from concept through delivery, including creative direction, filming, editing, project planning, budgeting, and post-production. Establishes video storytelling and brand standards, manages archives and digital assets, and oversees external production partners and student interns. Collaborates with marketing, communications, social media, and campus stakeholders to create brand-aligned content supporting awareness, engagement, reputation, and revenue objectives.

Plans, creates, publishes, and manages social media content for university enrollment and academic engagement audiences. Develops content calendars, produces photography and short-form video, manages community engagement, monitors performance, and presents recommendations. Coordinates approvals and stakeholders, supports paid social campaigns, provides event coverage, supervises student employees and interns, and escalates sensitive or reputational issues.
