Coordinates Academic Resource Center programs, including tutoring, learning communities, workshops, academic coaching, student intakes, assessment, outreach, and events. Supports tutor scheduling, training, supervision, and front desk staffing; manages marketing, alumni engagement, budgets, purchasing, reports, and program communications. Conducts research, maintains records and online platforms, and represents the university across campus and professional settings.

The Marketing Analyst measures campaign performance, develops dashboards and reporting frameworks, integrates data from CRM, web, advertising, social, and email platforms, and ensures data quality. The role translates complex marketing analytics into actionable recommendations, establishes KPIs, supports attribution and measurement strategy, and partners with marketing and communications teams to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.

Supports employee wellbeing and engagement programs across physical, mental, nutritional, social, career, and financial wellness. Coordinates onsite and virtual events, promotes resources, manages wellbeing rewards, updates digital content, tracks program effectiveness, and administers ergonomic evaluations, equipment, training, and follow-up. The role also develops inclusive programming, supports communications, maintains records, and collaborates across departments.
