The Development Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple multifamily development projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating project resources, working with various teams, managing budgets, and problem-solving.

Supervisory role overseeing daily activities of on-site staff, managing fiscal budget compliance, conducting property inspections, and maintaining resident relationships. Requires leadership skills, property management experience, and knowledge of industry designations and Fair Housing laws.

Record and reconcile financial information, review accounts payables and receivables, reconcile bank statements, prepare journal entries, produce monthly reports, assist with special projects, work closely with Project Managers.

The Operations Specialist will provide administrative support, facilitate communication, coordinate events and meetings, assist with HR functions, and contribute to problem-solving. They should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Assist in coordinating and overseeing construction activities on-site for multifamily projects. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Support documentation and procurement of materials. Monitor project schedules and budgets.
