The Restaurant Manager oversees safety, training, sales, and profitability, manages staff performance, and develops employees while ensuring effective communication and community relationships.

Lead and grow the private dining and events program, drive event sales, build client relationships, prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), coordinate with culinary and management teams, oversee event execution, and increase bookings through marketing and trade show participation.

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure safety, staffing, training, sales, cost control, and guest satisfaction. Coach hourly employees, execute action plans, communicate with leadership, uphold company standards, and build community relationships to drive profitability.
