Teams at LM Restaurants

Leads daily restaurant operations across the front and back of house, supporting staffing, scheduling, training, guest experience, food safety, cleanliness, sales, profitability, and team development. Partners with management to execute action plans, coach employees, maintain operational standards, coordinate dining room, bar, and kitchen teams, and drive accountability and consistent shift execution.

Partners with district and restaurant leaders across a 1,000-person workforce to recruit talent, manage employee relations, coach leaders, support performance and succession planning, and implement people initiatives. Uses workforce data to improve staffing, retention, engagement, and team effectiveness while advising on HR policies and employment practices. Leads projects from concept through implementation and may work occasional evenings and weekends.

The Expeditor ensures smooth communication between the kitchen and servers, manages ticket flow, checks food quality, and maintains the cleanliness of the expo area.
