Lead culture and engagement strategy across Lloyd's market and Corporation. Manage programmes (Culture Survey, MP&P, upskilling), convert data into actionable insights, produce reports for senior stakeholders, run charitable partnerships and volunteering, and manage suppliers, budgets and delivery to drive culture change.

Assist in investment structuring and implementation, provide research and analysis, manage third-party fund oversight, and support LTIM activities.

Responsible for managing fixed interest portfolios, recommending trades, monitoring financial markets, and integrating risk considerations in decision-making.
