Lloyd's Benefits Overview

Leads investment data operations, including portfolio and counterparty setup, data quality monitoring, benchmark and pricing maintenance, and Aladdin configuration. Oversees outsourced middle-office providers, resolves data issues, coordinates recurring data collection, implements source changes, and monitors controls and compliance. The role also supports strategic initiatives, backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, and informal team leadership across internal teams and third-party providers.

Supports complex people change and transformation initiatives across the organization. Advises leaders on organization design, restructures, workforce transitions, role design, consultation, employee relations risk, and change readiness. Uses workforce data to inform decisions, coaches leaders through sensitive discussions, tracks colleague impact and benefits, and provides governance updates. Requires strong stakeholder management, planning, communication, judgment, and knowledge of UK employment law and organizational change processes.

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and medium-term planning. Provide performance reporting and commercial insight, challenge assumptions, advise senior leaders, modernise FP&A processes with automation, and manage and develop a small team of analysts.
