As a Senior Associate in Operational Risk, you will develop and execute the operational risk framework, ensuring risks are well managed across business functions, particularly Finance, while providing support and challenge to stakeholders.

Supports the CFO and Finance Leadership Team by coordinating strategic priorities, business planning, meetings, governance actions, reporting, briefings, and cross-functional initiatives. The role manages follow-through on milestones, supports risk and regulatory coordination, builds stakeholder relationships, translates complex information into recommendations, and improves Finance operating practices.

Lead delivery and oversight of investment performance, attribution, valuation and regulatory reporting. Review data, reconciliations and controls; act as senior technical contact; prepare analysis for committees; partner with managers, custodians, auditors and vendors; support Aladdin and reporting transformation projects; investigate complex valuation and data issues and support internal/external audits.
