Lead multiple engineering teams delivering mobile, web, core banking, enterprise platform, and quality automation capabilities. Establish and operate a new Hyderabad engineering lab, transition work from UK and partner teams, recruit and develop staff, and own delivery outcomes. Provide technical oversight across .NET, iOS, Android, Temenos, Dynamics 365, and PowerApps. Drive modernization, architecture compliance, CI/CD, automated testing, platform resilience, regulatory alignment, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Lead technical delivery for IT asset discovery and tooling across hybrid environments. Configure and optimize UCMDB or FlexeraOne, manage agent deployments, develop discovery patterns and integrations, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB accuracy. Drive automation, tooling upgrades, re-platforming, and continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams in an Agile environment. The role requires strong discovery-tool expertise, agent or API integration experience, and familiarity with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure.

Designs, implements, secures, maintains, and supports software-defined infrastructure and network services. The role delivers complex infrastructure changes, service improvements, and currency plans while troubleshooting wireless, wired, and WAN environments. It engages internal customers, manages stakeholders and suppliers, prioritizes issues, and guides junior engineers. Required expertise includes networking, configuration and troubleshooting, CCNP-level knowledge, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and/or DevOps.
