Lead design and development of AI/ML solutions including feature selection, model selection, training, prompting, fine-tuning, and validation. Analyze diverse data sources, improve processes and IT security, manage knowledge systems, and coach or manage a small team to deliver prescribed outcomes within established data management frameworks.

Responsible for GL oversight, reconciliations, period-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Reviews journals, supports audits, improves controls, and mentors junior staff.

Lead finance transformation efforts by analysing complex data, delivering financial control outcomes, developing budgets, managing stakeholders, driving small change-management workstreams, coaching staff, writing targeted communications, and creating procedures to implement policy.
