Designs and executes automated and exploratory testing for ETL processes, data warehouses, and ingestion pipelines. Validates data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and transformation logic using complex SQL queries and automation scripts. Creates test plans, cases, defect documentation, and reports; performs functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing. Collaborates with developers, data engineers, operations, and stakeholders while supporting CI/CD quality processes and continuous improvement.

Designs, builds, and implements front-end, back-end, ETL, and data transformation solutions for a financial wellbeing platform. Responsibilities include configuring Debt Manager applications, developing SQL Server procedures and ETL workflows, optimizing databases, implementing data quality controls, supporting operational resilience, and providing technical leadership, mentoring, architecture input, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads technical software development at the product, team, or domain level while independently writing secure, scalable, performant code. Owns application health, technical governance, incident root-cause analysis, and delivery. Applies DevOps, automation, testing, and agile practices; contributes to architecture and innovation; communicates with stakeholders; and mentors junior engineers. Provides hardware, software, and network support as needed.
