Level 2 Cloud Compliance DevOps Engineer assists senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain software. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, troubleshooting and live service support, applying DevOps practices, participating in incident RCA, supporting test automation, and collaborating with stakeholders while developing technical skills and following security and AI usage guidelines.

Lead and deliver engineering work as a senior individual contributor: write and maintain reliable, scalable code; perform code reviews; mentor junior engineers; support live services, incident analysis, debugging, test automation, and DevOps practices; apply basic AI concepts and system design to solve complex problems; collaborate with stakeholders and follow agile and traditional delivery practices.

Designs and develops AI/ML solutions (feature selection, model selection, training, prompting, fine-tuning) and validation frameworks. Analyzes data from diverse sources to identify business impacts, coaches/manages a small team, improves processes (including IT security), delivers elements of strategic planning and change programs, and manages knowledge and performance within assigned area.
