Teams at Lloyds Banking Group

Assess credit risk for global banks and intragroup subsidiaries, preparing credit papers and recommendations on lending/trading limits and new transactions. Support new business origination, conduct client due diligence, contribute to sector strategy and policy changes, maintain data integrity, simplify processes, and build trusted partnerships with Coverage and Product teams to enable delegated credit decision-making.

Manage a Mid Markets portfolio in Devon and Cornwall: originate new-to-bank opportunities, structure debt and deposit solutions, grow balances, negotiate terms, manage credit and lending risk (including ESG/Net Zero support), build introducer relationships, and develop team members.

Lead responsible AI enablement across the Group: partner with business and platform teams to design risk mitigations, create repeatable risk & control patterns, support ethical escalations, advise senior leaders, and run enablement through the AI Academy to scale safe, ethical AI adoption.
