Manage a ledger of customer accounts to minimise aged debt and maximise cash flow. Collect and allocate receipts, deliver invoices/statements, reconcile accounts, process debit/credit notes and monthly direct debits, use spend-management portals (e.g., Coupa), and work with customers/internal teams to resolve issues to SLAs.

Manage accounts payable processes including dealer, funder and supplier payments, manual and PO invoice processing, employee expenses and staff car payments, credit card reconciliations, cash allocation, supplier queries, and aged creditors control account reconciliation. Ensure deadlines and accurate supplier records are met.

Perform independent credit assessments for mid-corporate clients (£25m-£500m revenue), prepare credit papers for sanctioning officials, structure and monitor lending, conduct customer/sector research and cashflow analysis, exercise delegated credit authority, ensure compliance with Group policy and maintain accurate records and reporting.
