Lead and execute Living Spaces' social media strategy across major platforms. Manage and grow a social media team, create and edit content, oversee creator/influencer partnerships, coordinate with paid and studio teams, run community management, track analytics and KPIs, produce reports, and present results to senior leadership.

Supervise and develop retail sales team to meet revenue and budget targets through guest engagement, staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, and escalated guest resolution. Support Sales Managers and execute sales floor leadership, daily operations, and style guide directives.

Prepare and hand-cut upholstery fabrics and leather for furniture production. Spread and inspect fabric, mark and cut pieces to patterns or by eye using industrial and hand tools, identify defects to maximize yield, maintain safe, orderly work area, meet production timelines, and coordinate with managers to resolve issues.
