Supervises retail sales training and team development to improve revenue, guest satisfaction, and store performance. Facilitates training, supports onboarding, staffing, scheduling, sales-floor leadership, guest engagement, performance management, and escalated guest resolution. Partners with store leadership to meet sales goals, build talent pipelines, foster team engagement, and ensure employees complete required development programs.

Prepares and serves food and beverages, processes guest transactions, maintains food safety and cafe cleanliness, stocks supplies, and supports showroom visual merchandising. The role engages guests, promotes products, meets sales-per-hour and KPI targets, manages inventory, and assists with broader store operations such as furniture assembly. A food handler permit, alcohol certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and relevant guest-facing retail or customer service experience are required.
