Build relationships with growers, collect and analyze field data, and translate results into product and R&D improvements. Collaborate with AI, production, and product teams while developing scalable trial protocols and supporting farmer transitions to regenerative practices.

Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia. Build and manage strategic partnerships with agribusinesses, distributors, cooperatives, and climate programs. Convert field trials and pilots into commercial deployments, structure deals, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with science and product teams.
