Lead design and implementation of reforestation and forest carbon projects across Appalachian and Southeastern sites. Conduct field reconnaissance, GIS and carbon modeling, supervise contractors and planting operations, support MRV with remote sensing and field inventories, and produce technical reports while building agency and partner relationships.
