Design and build Livia’s AI and full-stack platform for residential property management. Responsibilities include modeling building data, developing reliable LLM automations and agents, creating internal tools and resident applications, migrating acquired firms’ data, integrating financial and contractor systems, and owning monitoring, testing, evaluation, and production reliability. The role requires end-to-end ownership, strong data modeling, clear communication, and fluent Italian and English.

Own Livia’s acquisition engine across origination, seller relationship management, valuation, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-merger integration. Build repeatable M&A processes, models, playbooks, and data-room standards, then hire and lead the M&A team. Evaluate new markets and ensure acquired condominium administration firms integrate successfully while preserving staff, client, and building trust.

Work directly with the founders across acquisitions, integrations, operations, product, data, AI, growth, finance, governance, and talent. Responsibilities include evaluating and integrating property administration firms, designing scalable workflows, supporting product and data initiatives, developing partnerships and growth channels, preparing financial and fundraising materials, and helping build the team. The role requires high autonomy, analytical thinking, clear communication, versatility, and strong execution in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment.
