Provides administrative, logistical, and coordination support for studio and remote productions. Responsibilities include scheduling crew, equipment, and facilities; organizing production documents; liaising with vendors; tracking expenses; coordinating travel and shoot logistics; supporting post-production deliverables; and archiving footage. The role escalates operational issues to production leadership and requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Manages end-to-end client projects from concept through completion, overseeing client relationships, budgets, timelines, workflow, quality, billing, vendors, events, and reporting. The role supervises project staff, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, resolves service issues, monitors client satisfaction, supports new business and account expansion, and ensures projects meet objectives, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
