Leads end-to-end product quality strategy across infrastructure, platform, data, applications, APIs, and AI agent systems. Manages and scales a 40+ person quality engineering organization, establishes testing standards and quality gates, drives AI-enabled QE transformation, and owns observability, incident management, governance, audits, and compliance. Partners with senior Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security leaders while reporting quality metrics, release risk, and readiness to executives.

Provides technical support to clients by managing ticket queues, troubleshooting complex system issues, and delivering timely, sustainable solutions. Collaborates with global customer support and internal stakeholders, investigates databases and logs, improves support processes, and communicates with customers via video conferences. The role requires strong problem-solving, follow-through, resourcefulness, and comfort working in ambiguous situations. It is a hybrid individual-contributor position with occasional on-call or weekend availability.

Develops financial models and forecasts for cloud infrastructure costs, supports budgeting and variance analysis, identifies optimization opportunities, tracks vendor contracts, and presents financial insights to executives. Partners with engineering, operations, and finance teams to guide cloud investment decisions and ensure financial compliance.
