Serve as a strategic advisor for major media and advertising technology customers. Build executive relationships, develop success plans, drive platform adoption, manage renewals, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities. Advise customers on media ad sales, marketing, identity, programmatic advertising, measurement, and platform integrations. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions and share customer insights.

Own the strategy, architecture, administration, integrations, reliability, operations, and roadmap for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. Lead and develop a Hyderabad-based technical team while remaining hands-on with configuration, implementation, automation, troubleshooting, and proofs of concept. Manage vendors, optimize platform adoption and licensing, improve employee technology experiences, and collaborate with globally distributed IT, Engineering, Security, and business teams.

The Principal Analytics & ML Engineer will architect scalable analytics and ML solutions, build data models and pipelines, and mentor teams on best practices. Responsibilities include developing analytical models, collaborating across teams, and driving impactful analytics projects.
