The Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee product development coordination, manage the software development lifecycle, facilitate cross-team communication, and ensure successful delivery on strategic initiatives.

Lead product organization operations and strategy as the CPO's right hand. Own planning cycles, OKRs, cross-functional cadence, drive resolution of blockers, and embed outcomes-driven culture. Support CPO with strategy, prep leadership materials, and potentially lead TPM function to ensure delivery and alignment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP) across HR, Payroll, Finance and downstream systems. Own end-to-end lifecycle, monitoring, incident response, data reconciliation, documentation, and collaboration with HR/Finance/vendors. Drive integration best practices, automation, AI-assisted tooling, and metrics for uptime and data quality.
