Leads enterprise education and training strategy for donation operations in a highly regulated organ procurement organization. Oversees curriculum architecture, competency frameworks, regulatory alignment, LMS governance, audit readiness, training metrics, corrective actions, and staff leadership. Ensures workforce readiness and demonstrable compliance with CMS, OPTN, FDA, OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements across a 24/7 operational environment.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Hospital Services Department, including executive scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, document preparation, records management, travel arrangements, purchasing, reception coverage, and office supply inventory. The role supports the Director, departmental staff, hospital partners, and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, professionalism, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Leads hospital engagement and field operations across an assigned organ donation service region. Maintains donor hospital relationships, supports donation activities, coordinates workforce deployment, coaches personnel, resolves operational barriers, and ensures regulatory, quality, and performance requirements are met. The role requires frequent travel between hospitals and operational sites, collaboration across clinical and corporate departments, and readiness to respond outside standard business hours.
