Sell to developers, CTOs, and product teams, generate pipeline through outbound efforts and partnerships, maintain customer relationships, collaborate with Product and Engineering, help build the sales playbook, and manage forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Partners with account executives as the technical lead for strategic deals, advising customers on cloud architecture, deployment, connectivity, latency, scalability, and reliability. Builds live demos, reference applications, and proofs of concept for voice, video, and AI agent use cases, guiding customers through production. Creates technical content, presents to technical audiences, and shares field insights with Product and Engineering.
