Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Content, and AI teams, lead cross-functional execution, evaluate results, and scale improvements to increase resume quality, user confidence, conversion, and revenue.

Lead prompt architecture, governance, and evaluation for consumer-facing career tools. Design multi-agent and chain-of-thought prompt systems, build CI/CD/versioning for prompts, align strategies with engineering and product, establish safety guardrails, evaluate models and tooling, and mentor the prompt management team.

Lead and coach sales and account management teams to grow new business, improve retention and expansion, enforce pipeline discipline in Salesforce, develop sales playbooks, manage performance through data-driven scorecards and forecasts, and partner cross-functionally to translate market insights into go-to-market plans.
