Design, prototype, and operationalize complex prompt systems and prompt-chaining for consumer LLM products. Build evaluation frameworks (automated and human-in-the-loop), optimize for latency and cost, develop versioned prompt workflows and deployment pipelines, and collaborate with ML engineers, PMs, and UX to ensure safe, personalized, and reliable generative outputs.

Lead technical operations for high-volume eCommerce sites: support MarTech and email marketing tools, resolve technical queries, implement client/server GTM and analytics (GA4), write basic SQL, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain web/email infrastructure and data layer requirements.

Provide actionable insights and reporting to inform product and executive decisions. Develop standardized metrics, dashboards, and scorecards; analyze website click-streams and user paths; support product launches and customer segmentation; build customer engagement reporting and event-stream models; perform ad-hoc analyses in partnership with cross-functional teams.
