The Deposit Quality Assurance Associate monitors deposit operations for accuracy, compliance, and regulatory risk. Responsibilities include sampling workflows, testing controls, maintaining policies, supporting audits and examinations, analyzing trends and root causes, assisting with new product testing, and reporting process improvements to management. The role requires knowledge of banking regulations and BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC requirements, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Lead Live Oak's enterprise Financial Crimes program as the designated BSA Officer. Set strategy, governance, and oversight for BSA/AML, OFAC/sanctions, fraud, customer due diligence, and related risks. Engage regulators, auditors, and the Board; develop leaders and teams; drive technology, analytics, monitoring, and remediation to ensure regulatory compliance and support responsible growth.

Leads Live Oak Bank’s treasury management business across sales, onboarding, portfolio management, deposit operations, merchant services, and payments. Sets strategy, revenue and deposit goals; manages executive-level leaders; drives sales pipeline and forecasting; oversees support and portfolio outcomes; and partners across product, operations, compliance, fraud, legal, and finance. Ensures regulatory soundness, operational scalability, customer experience, and growth in treasury, merchant, and embedded payment services.
