The Director of Sponsor Finance leads the growth of the Sponsor Finance portfolio by developing new business, structuring transactions, and managing client relationships while ensuring compliance with bank standards.

Review commercial loan files and collateral post-closing to identify risks, ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC), coordinate with closing, underwriting, legal and compliance, prepare files for audits, support special projects, and maintain proficiency in bank systems and loan products (USDA, FSA, Conventional, SBA).
