Provide HR and office operations support including mail processing, vendor management, onboarding, recruiting support, event coordination, meeting logistics, filing sales tax, and general office maintenance for the Orange County team. Assist with audits, state registrations, and occasional errands or weekend events while maintaining confidentiality and supporting leadership-directed communications.
