Leads the global Cardiopulmonary R&D portfolio and PMO for 20+ medical device development projects. Oversees project leaders, portfolio governance, prioritization, budgets, resource planning, risk management, executive dashboards, and Stage Gate execution. Partners with regulatory, quality, finance, operations, and commercial leaders to support compliant product development under ISO 13485, EU MDR, and CE Marking requirements. Drives process maturity, continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, and strategic investment decisions across global teams.

Supports customer quality for neuromodulation medical devices through complaint handling, technical troubleshooting, root cause investigations, regulatory reporting, documentation, trend identification, and collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Clinical teams. The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree, strong communication and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and interest in regulated healthcare or medical technology environments.

The Sr. Specialist - Assistant Treasurer supports global treasury operations with a focus on liquidity management, financial risk management, and leveraging technology like AI and ML for improved forecasting and decision-making.
