Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure ISO 13485/GMP compliance, maintain quality plans, analyze nonconformances, and drive continuous improvement to enhance product reliability and patient safety.

Provide field-based OR support during implantation of the VNS Therapy System, assist OR staff with intraoperative device diagnostics, troubleshooting, and programming, maintain credentialing and immunizations, travel to hospitals within territory, and be available on short notice for part-time case coverage (up to 29 hours/week).

Lead integrated marketing communications and events for North America cardiopulmonary products. Plan and execute campaigns, manage tradeshows and customer programs, create sales enablement materials, oversee digital engagement, measure ROI, and mentor junior marketing staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
