Own end-to-end short-form content strategy and production for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Create and edit videos, graphics, carousels, and other branded assets; monitor trends; manage influencer collaborations and cross-posting; and analyze performance metrics. Develop weekly content ideas, reports, workflows, and SOPs while maintaining posting schedules, content quality, and brand consistency. Recommend creative, AI, and automation tools to improve content production and growth.

Manage influencer partnerships and social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding creators, planning and publishing content, writing captions, designing outreach and approval workflows, negotiating contracts and deliverables, monitoring trends, tracking KPIs, reporting campaign performance, and coordinating with internal teams. Paid social campaign experience is a bonus. This is a fully remote independent contractor role.

Convert warm inbound enquiries into booked photography sessions by promptly contacting leads, building rapport with parents, answering questions, handling objections, collecting deposits, and following up through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage a personal pipeline, qualify prospects, meet activity and booking targets, attend coaching, and support improvements to sales scripts and processes. This is a remote contractor role working UK hours from the Philippines.
