Manage influencer partnerships and social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding creators, planning and publishing content, writing captions, designing outreach and approval workflows, negotiating contracts and deliverables, monitoring trends, tracking KPIs, reporting campaign performance, and coordinating with internal teams. Paid social campaign experience is a bonus. This is a fully remote independent contractor role.

Supports company founders by owning communication triage, customer and community support, project execution, social media coordination, scheduling, documentation, and operational systems. The role requires independent judgment, fast response times, discretion, proactive risk management, and closing tasks without reminders. The assistant will coordinate research, outreach, suppliers, simple SOPs, and ad hoc initiatives while using AI tools to accelerate writing and research.

Convert warm inbound enquiries into booked photography sessions by promptly contacting leads, building rapport with parents, answering questions, handling objections, collecting deposits, and following up through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage a personal pipeline, qualify prospects, meet activity and booking targets, attend coaching, and support improvements to sales scripts and processes. This is a remote contractor role working UK hours from the Philippines.
