Supports store management, trains employees, opens and closes the store, maintains policies and records, and creates an inviting shopping environment. Requires flexible availability, physical ability to handle store tasks, and at least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

Provides customer-focused sales and service in a retail store, including product recommendations, ringing sales, merchandising, replenishment, inventory management, shipment processing, order fulfillment, curbside delivery, housekeeping, and stockroom support. Works collaboratively to meet store sales goals and maintain an inviting shopping environment. Requires flexible availability, legal U.S. work eligibility, physical ability to perform retail duties, and strong communication and selling skills.
