Provide instructional leadership, coaching, and technical support to implement special education programming. Coach teachers and paraprofessionals, ensure IEP compliance, support behavioral interventions (FBAs/BIPs), lead professional development, monitor data and assessments, and collaborate with families and partners to improve student outcomes.

The ARS Case Management Coordinator leads and trains the case management team, oversees service delivery, collaborates with various teams, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

The Case Manager coordinates service delivery for individuals with disabilities, advocates for participants, maintains compliance, and conducts reviews and training.

Develop and maintain employer relationships to place and support people with developmental and other disabilities in competitive community employment. Evaluate job seeker employability, perform work-site analyses, provide new-hire support, ensure program compliance, document employment activities, and represent the agency to increase sustainable placements.

Provide person-centered case management for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities: coordinate interdisciplinary teams, develop and monitor Individual Service Plans, maintain compliant case records, link participants to resources, deliver skills training and daily supports, complete required data entry and reporting, and maintain required certifications (QIDP, CPR/First Aid).

Supervise Permanency Specialists to drive adoption, guardianship, and reunification outcomes; provide clinical oversight and staffing; ensure DCFS and licensing compliance; lead continuous quality improvement by collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data; manage hiring, training, case assignments, and community/court representation.

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for HR systems, compliance, payroll, benefits, employee relations, HRIS management, and HR reporting. Lead and coach HR staff, partner with CHRO and senior leaders on labor relations and collective bargaining, ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendor relationships, and drive HR process improvements to support organizational goals and the employee experience.

Oversee Employment First program operations, manage billable services and staff, ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies, develop community employer relationships, provide vocational counseling, track program data and satisfaction, collaborate on outreach, hiring, training, and launch of new initiatives.
