Provides administrative and clerical support for a foster care and adoption program. Manages office supplies, records, correspondence, databases, file audits, CQI reporting, billing support, onboarding, calendars, facilities coordination, and staff assistance. Maintains confidentiality, supports audits, coordinates travel and transportation, handles office security and technology requests, and ensures compliance, safety, and orderly office operations.

Supports teachers and students by implementing educational and behavioral programs, adapting instructional materials, recording student progress, providing personal and safety assistance, supervising activities, and fostering independence. The aide may substitute for the teacher, assist with transitions and personal care, participate in team meetings, maintain classroom organization and sanitation, and complete required training including CPR and CPI.

Leads adult community day programs, overseeing service delivery, staff leadership, budgets, compliance, documentation, census growth, quality improvement, curriculum, and community integration. Supervises assistant directors and program staff, manages operational challenges, partners with internal departments and external stakeholders, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures safe, person-centered services for adults with disabilities.

Develop relationships with local employers to place and support job seekers with developmental and other disabilities. Evaluate employability, perform work-site analyses, provide ongoing job support, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain documentation, and represent the agency to maximize sustainable community employment outcomes.

Manage and grow the Employment First program: oversee billable services, data and compliance, supervise job developers, provide vocational counseling, lead outreach and employer relationships, support launches and reporting, and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
