Provides financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. Builds financial models, analyzes sales and profitability data, prepares reports, identifies trends and risks, and recommends performance improvements. Advises management and non-financial stakeholders, supports business-unit financial activities, submits financial statements, and communicates complex findings. Requires strong Excel, ERP, data warehouse, statistical analysis, and presentation skills.

Supports day-to-day Workday HRIS operations, including user support, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, data audits, reporting, dashboards, integrations, documentation, upgrades, and system projects. Partners with HR, payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave, and benefits teams to maintain data integrity and improve HR processes.
