Leads enterprise business intelligence development, translating stakeholder goals into scalable dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics. Partners with data engineering, mentors developers, leads medium-sized projects, supports QA and production applications, researches system issues, and contributes to BI architecture, roadmap planning, user education, and stakeholder prioritization. The role includes rotational after-hours on-call support and minimal travel.

Provide first-level technical support for POS products, peripherals, software, hardware, and third-party delivery platforms. Respond to and document support requests, troubleshoot and resolve routine issues, escalate complex incidents, assist nontechnical users, follow up on resolutions, identify issue trends, and support rotating schedules that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and 24x7 international coverage.

Designs and maintains scalable automation frameworks and automated tests for web, mobile, API, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing. Integrates testing and quality gates into Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, analyzes performance and quality risks, validates service contracts and data flows, and improves test reliability and reporting. The role supports retail technology applications, mentors QA engineers, and advances quality engineering practices across product and engineering teams.
