Support continuous process and productivity improvements on manufacturing lines: monitor lead times and control charts, perform feasibility and process studies, conduct root-cause/failure analyses, create/revise procedures and work instructions, qualify setups for new projects, evaluate materials/equipment, and support quality activities.

Lead and deliver Lean continuous-improvement projects across assigned value stream to improve quality, safety, delivery, and cost using Value Stream Mapping, Kaizens, and Lean Six Sigma tools. Mentor teams, monitor project progress, and develop subject-matter expertise.

As a Senior NPD Engineer, you will lead technical developments for new projects, manage specifications, and provide technical support while mentoring new staff and addressing project issues.
