Leads the design, configuration, testing, deployment, commissioning, security, and maintenance of industrial SCADA systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software, and communication issues; performs root cause analysis; develops technical documentation; leads system upgrades and integrations; ensures cybersecurity compliance; monitors performance; and mentors junior engineers while collaborating with engineering, operations, IT, and cybersecurity teams.

Manages product engineering changes, product deviations, validation activities, and cost-reduction proposals. Supports new product launches, develops and tracks drawings and engineering changes, conducts feasibility reviews, and clarifies technical requirements related to materials, designs, specifications, and certifications. Applies structured problem-solving methods including 5 Whys, 8D, A3, Ishikawa diagrams, and Six Sigma while supporting compliance with applicable standards.

Supports manufacturing test systems by troubleshooting equipment, fixtures, software, and product failures; maintaining and calibrating PCBA functional testers; and driving reliability, throughput, and uptime improvements. Maintains test automation, scripts, diagnostics, data collection, and version control. Supports fixture and hardware design, validation, new test capability development, and collaboration with global engineering teams.
