Produce and maintain customer-facing technical documentation (datasheets, manuals, installation guides, white papers) by collaborating with engineers and product managers, interpreting schematics/test data, managing version control and document systems, supporting NPI timelines, and improving authoring tools and workflows.

Support the treasury team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing cash forecasts; verifying bank slips; managing bank accounts, electronic banking, and fund transfers; handling bank communications and field banking tasks; and completing daily transactional duties with team members.

Lead transfer of new products into production, develop and improve manufacturing processes and equipment, troubleshoot issues, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, validate processes (PFMEA, protocols), coordinate equipment installation/calibration, and maintain process documentation to meet quality and safety standards.
