Conducts continuous process and productivity improvement in a manufacturing environment. Monitors line lead times, analyzes machine parameters and control charts, performs root-cause and failure analysis, develops corrective actions, and supports new equipment, materials, and process qualifications. Creates procedures and work instructions, ensures operating-procedure compliance, and participates in quality initiatives. Requires engineering education, manufacturing process engineering experience, statistical quality tools expertise, project management skills, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Provides technical support for product design, manufacturing processes, testing, quality, certifications, and documentation. Supports new product development, validation, prototypes, supplier quality, material availability, process and yield improvements, and product performance monitoring. Coordinates cross-functional testing and updates technical documents, drawings, datasheets, control plans, and FMEAs. Requires 3+ years of product engineering experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing, statistical tools knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Supports digital transformation, intelligent automation, AI-enabled productivity, and business process optimization initiatives. The intern analyzes workflows to identify automation opportunities, applies Microsoft automation and AI technologies, contributes to strategic projects, and collaborates with global stakeholders. The role includes improving operational efficiency, developing technical skills, and taking ownership of assigned projects during a paid six-month hybrid internship.
