Manage design aspects of new product development for low- to high-voltage electrical products. Coordinate cross-functional teams, introduce designs into production, mentor staff, identify cost or performance improvements, interface with customers, maintain project documentation, and track project risks and dependencies.

Provide sales and customer support to European customers and outside sales team. Prepare quotations, pricing, and product information; follow up on leads and inquiries; assist with order processing, sales reports, dashboards, and presentations; support administrative and commercial tasks and improve sales processes and customer experience.

Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, process balancing, and productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Lead Kaizen events, implement cost-reduction initiatives, ensure process compliance with product specifications, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning for continuous improvement.
