Provides technical and engineering leadership for early-stage studies, sustaining capital projects, operational improvements, and infrastructure planning. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, develops scopes, schedules, cost estimates, risk assessments, and engineering deliverables, and supports projects from concept through commissioning. The role advances stage-gate and FEL processes, evaluates technical alternatives, coordinates consultants and vendors, supports future power planning, and prepares decision materials for senior management while ensuring safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality compliance.

Supports data-driven decision-making through data collection, validation, exploratory analysis, dashboard and report development, data quality management, documentation, and process improvement. The intern collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders, responds to analytical requests, identifies trends and anomalies, and helps automate recurring data tasks. The role is based in Reno with occasional travel to offices, project sites, or vendor locations.

Supports the Human Resources team with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, engagement initiatives, training materials, communications, HR projects, and administrative operations. The intern gains exposure to payroll, compensation, benefits, compliance, and other Total Rewards processes while collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams. This is a 40-hour-per-week summer internship based in Reno, Nevada, lasting approximately ten weeks, with occasional travel to offices, project sites, or vendors.
