Responsibilities include month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, revenue and cost accounting, tax and statutory compliance, AP/AR, intercompany accounting, audits, budgeting, payroll finance support, internal controls, and process improvement. The role coordinates with finance leadership, People Operations, external auditors, tax advisers, and service providers to ensure accurate and timely entity-level reporting.

Attract and manage recruitment partners, develop digital recruitment solutions, and lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives. Responsibilities include employer branding, candidate sourcing and selection, client account management, sales and lead generation, career consultation, and matching candidates with technology-sector opportunities. The role also collaborates with learning and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and supports hiring across talent acquisition, contingent workforce, talent incubation, and talent development consulting.
