Responsibilities include general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax and statutory compliance support, AP/AR, intercompany accounting, audits, budgeting, payroll finance, and process improvements. The role coordinates with finance leadership, controllers, People Operations, external auditors, tax advisers, and service providers while ensuring accurate records, effective controls, and timely reporting.

Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for AI and digital transformation solutions. Engage C-suite leaders, identify transformation opportunities, create integrated solution proposals, manage sales pipelines and key accounts, and build technology, channel, and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with technical, product, delivery, and marketing teams to develop demonstrations, roadmaps, campaigns, and market propositions across ERP, HRMS, SaaS, automation, analytics, workforce reskilling, and AI solutions.

Lead the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of scalable web applications and internal business systems. Translate requirements into technical solutions, make architecture decisions, integrate APIs and databases, ensure performance and security, troubleshoot complex issues, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliable project delivery.
