Coordinate national conferences and events including registrations, logistics, booth execution, materials, shipping, staffing, and travel. Build and maintain playbooks, timelines, inventory tracking, and creative briefs. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to ensure scalable processes, post-event reporting, lead handoff, and accurate event data. Support webinars, incentive fulfillment, and onsite execution as needed.

Manage Literati's social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, track performance, and collaborate with teams to align campaigns.
