Teams at Listen Labs

Own the post-sale customer journey for key EMEA accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide strategic guidance, gather feedback, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering. Develop scalable customer success playbooks while helping establish Listen Labs’ European presence.

Own product marketing strategy for an AI research platform, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and end-to-end feature launches. Build scalable AI-powered self-service tools and enablement programs for sales teams. Partner with product, sales, founders, and GTM leadership while acting as a trusted sales advisor and producing high-quality marketing content.

Supports the founding EMEA GTM team by developing account plans, deal strategies, executive narratives, custom demos, sales presentations, case studies, competitive intelligence, vertical playbooks, and deal-review materials. The role also helps align product marketing, polish engineering demos, and establish regional GTM processes and playbooks. It is based in London with five days per week in the office.
