Provide Dari and Pashto interpretation, translation, and language analysis to support US military operations in Afghanistan. Duties include interpretation for meetings, interviews, and phone calls, collection and analytical language support, and deployment to hostile environments for at least six months.

Implement, configure, administer, and support Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS 8.6–9.3) in mixed mainframe and distributed environments. Provide DWC reporting, high-availability domain manager setup on Linux, support Fault Tolerant and z-Centric agents, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, tune performance, and provide on-call operational support.

Create clear technical documentation and training materials for early-stage products; collaborate with clients daily; apply information design and project management skills; maintain documentation in SharePoint/Jive and use Visio and Office tools.
