Supervise construction site safety across infrastructure and building projects in the NYC/NJ area. Conduct inspections, prepare reports, develop and review health and safety procedures, deliver training, support project compliance, and ensure adherence to OSHA, building codes, and local, state, and federal regulations. The role requires weekend, night, and second-shift availability, travel between sites, OSHA 30 certification, and at least 10 years of project safety experience.

Assists the Project Manager with planning and completing public agency capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, construction monitoring, contractor oversight, inspections, progress reporting, contract correspondence, RFI and submittal tracking, requisitions, payments, and change orders. The role supports multiple building construction, repair, and rehabilitation projects while ensuring client needs, cost limitations, and project requirements are met.

Manage building construction projects from conception through closeout, advising owners on budget, schedule, scope, quality, and strategy. Lead project teams, meetings, design and constructability reviews, value engineering, procurement coordination, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, change-order evaluation, and schedule-impact assessments. The role requires extensive building construction experience, a relevant degree, Connecticut-based commuting, and the ability to obtain or hold CCM or PE credentials.
