Manage building construction projects from conception through closeout, advising owners on budget, schedule, scope, quality, and strategy. Lead project teams, meetings, design and constructability reviews, value engineering, procurement coordination, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, change-order evaluation, and schedule-impact assessments. The role requires extensive building construction experience, a relevant degree, Connecticut-based commuting, and the ability to obtain or hold CCM or PE credentials.

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for transportation infrastructure projects, including transit, rail, roadway, tunnel, and airport systems. Provide technical oversight, prepare and review engineering deliverables, conduct electrical analyses, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project scope, engage clients and agencies, support proposals, and mentor engineers while ensuring code-compliant, resilient designs.

Manage broadband deployment projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and within grant scope. Coordinate teams, grantees, and stakeholders; track progress, risks, outcomes, timelines, and work plans; resolve issues; and provide broadband technology and deployment guidance. Prepare reports and executive presentations, perform budgeting and forecasting analysis, and implement process improvements. The role requires strong organization and project management experience in a technical telecommunications or construction environment.
