Lead the platform and integrations product strategy for a healthcare behavior-change AI platform. Own decisioning, orchestration, and interoperability (EHR/HIE/CRM/CMS) using standards like FHIR/HL7. Define data flows, identity/consent, and integration requirements. Align cross-functional teams (Engineering, AI/ML, Security, Behavioral Science) around roadmap, mentor product managers, embed compliance and responsible AI, and measure product outcomes tied to adoption and health impact.

Lead commercial finance and legal operations to optimize contract lifecycle, deal structuring, revenue recognition, and vendor/counsel management. Build financial models, dashboards, playbooks, and automated workflows to improve contract turnaround, control legal spend, and enable strategic commercial decision-making across Legal, Sales, and Finance.

The Regional VP of Sales drives sales for Lirio, focusing on healthcare systems. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, relationship building, and strategic sales management.
