Own full-cycle recruiting, remove manual HR processes, implement HRIS and onboarding/offboarding, ensure compliance across sites, design benefits from data, and shape employer brand and hiring experience while operating independently on end-to-end people projects.

Work directly with Head of People in a hands-on internship owning end-to-end projects across recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, benefits research, employer branding, and process automation. Improve HRIS/Notion hygiene, build scalable workflows, manage assigned hires, and ensure accurate HR operations across multiple sites.

Work as the second person in People & Talent to build scalable HR processes: automate manual work, run full-cycle recruiting for owned roles, manage onboarding/offboarding, ensure compliance and benefits benchmarking, craft employer branding and job ads, and own end-to-end projects across operations and people.
