Leads People Partnerships and Talent Growth, overseeing organization design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, succession, career pathways, leadership development, and internal mobility. Advises senior leaders, develops People Partners, connects workforce insights to business priorities, and guides organizational change, capability building, and responsible AI adoption.

Provides HR partnership to Quality, Finance, Operations, and People & Culture. Coaches managers, supports employee relations, performance and talent processes, organizational change, workforce planning, career development, and succession. Designs and facilitates manager learning programs, evaluates learning effectiveness, advises on capability gaps, and partners with cross-functional People teams while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.

Leads print, packaging, and retail design from concept through production while managing the print design team. Oversees print production, proofing, press checks, quality control, agency and vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and file management. Partners with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency, presents concepts to leadership, mentors designers, and develops sustainable design solutions across multiple concurrent projects.
