Runs Boston office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, access, events, budgets, and visitor experience. Supports the Chief Science Officer through calendar management, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, and domestic and international travel coordination. The role is fully onsite, requires strong initiative and judgment in a rapidly changing environment, and includes occasional event travel.

Build Liquid AI’s developer relations function by engaging developers across Hugging Face, GitHub, Discord, and events; creating technical content, cookbooks, benchmarks, tutorials, and reference applications; deploying efficient models on edge devices; organizing workshops and hackathons; and channeling developer feedback to model and platform teams.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Liquid AI’s foundation models, from prospecting and discovery through technical validation, negotiation, procurement, and close. Build self-sourced pipeline, sell to technical and executive buyers, lead complex multi-stakeholder evaluations, shape pricing and deal strategy, and establish a repeatable early-stage sales motion. Provide market intelligence and partner with founders and engineering to expand enterprise adoption.
