Leads civic architecture projects for justice, government, and public-sector clients, managing project teams, schedules, budgets, financial performance, staffing, mentorship, business development, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. The role requires technical expertise in BIM and architectural software, California licensure, and substantial public-sector project experience.

Leads and grows the civic architecture practice through client relationship management, business development, strategic planning, project oversight, financial performance, quality assurance, and talent development. The role serves as Principal-in-Charge for complex education and public-sector projects, develops proposals and staffing plans, mentors professionals, and represents the firm across Southern California civic markets.

The Designer III will develop BIM/Revit designs, collaborate on complex design problems, engage in project documentation, and assist project management efforts in the Education sector.
