Leads and grows the civic architecture practice across Northern California through client relationship development, business development, strategic planning, project oversight, financial leadership, quality assurance, and talent mentoring. Serves as Principal-in-Charge for complex education and public-sector projects while supporting firmwide leadership initiatives and maintaining design, profitability, staffing, and client satisfaction standards.

Lead civic architectural projects from concept through construction, managing resources, schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and project documentation. Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams while resolving design, code, and construction challenges. Oversee finances, proposals, and team development through delegation, coaching, and collaboration. Projects include public safety facilities, courthouses, correctional institutions, utilities, and other civic buildings.

Leads civic architecture projects for justice, government, and public-sector clients, managing project teams, schedules, budgets, financial performance, staffing, mentorship, business development, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. The role requires technical expertise in BIM and architectural software, California licensure, and substantial public-sector project experience.
