Assist with daily multifamily property operations, resident relations, rent collections, delinquency follow-up, payment plans, leasing, renewals, retention programs, lease paperwork, reporting, and compliance. Provide customer service, support the Community Manager, and assume leadership responsibilities during their absence. The role requires property management software proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Oversee daily multifamily community operations, including leasing, renewals, collections, resident relations, occupancy, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and property performance. Lead and develop the onsite team, support renovations and value-add initiatives, and drive resident retention and financial results. Requires property management experience, Yardi familiarity, English-Spanish bilingual ability, and a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle.
