Linxup Benefits Overview

Manage day-to-day HR operations including HRIS (Rippling) administration, benefits and leave administration, compliance, reporting and process documentation. Support recruiting logistics, onboarding/offboarding, employee inquiries, and HR portal development while partnering with leadership, payroll, and cross-functional teams.

Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities via high-volume calling and email. Research accounts, identify decision makers, set qualified meetings for account executives, meet monthly quotas, and maintain prospect database.

Provide Tier 1 inbound support by phone, chat, and email for Linxup devices (GPS, dash cams). Troubleshoot technical issues, document interactions, retain and upsell customers, de-escalate calls, and educate customers to prevent repeat issues.
