Teams at Linro

Own customer deployments of Linro’s cloud-security platform from onboarding through production operation. Connect cloud accounts, deploy sensors, configure SQL-based policies, integrate guardrails with Terraform, CI/CD, and AI coding agents, and troubleshoot customer environments. Maintain upgrades, respond to incidents, reduce false positives, and provide feedback to product and engineering. The role requires strong cloud, infrastructure, security, coding, compliance, and customer-facing delivery experience, with travel up to approximately 25%.

Own production reliability for Linro’s cloud-security platform across SaaS and self-hosted customer installations. Responsibilities include SLOs, alerting, on-call, incident response, Kubernetes operations, infrastructure provisioning, upgrades, observability, PostgreSQL reliability, disaster recovery, backups, and audit-ready compliance operations. The role also evolves Terraform, Helm, CI/CD, staging, and production environments while safely incorporating AI agents into infrastructure workflows.

Own the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, customer discovery, requirements, releases, and success metrics for an early-stage cloud security platform. Work directly with founders, engineers, CISOs, platform leaders, prospects, and customers. Translate security and compliance needs into product decisions, manage enterprise-facing demos and roadmap discussions, and define how AI agents interact safely with the product.
