Own Linro’s security and compliance program from the ground up. Conduct SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 gap analyses, document controls, manage evidence, track remediation, and support audits. Automate compliance checks and guardrails across multi-cloud Infrastructure-as-Code environments, primarily using Terraform. Support security operations through monitoring, alert triage, and findings documentation while testing compliance capabilities within Linro’s product.

Build and own core backend services in Go for a real-time cloud security platform. Responsibilities include developing SQL-based policy evaluation, simulation and enforcement systems, automated remediation, and production operations. The role requires cloud infrastructure experience, infrastructure-as-code expertise, end-to-end ownership, customer engagement, and practical use of AI coding tools. Nice-to-have experience includes cloud security, policy engines, event-driven systems, Kubernetes, scaling, and early-stage startups.
