Lead strategy and execution for the State product line, transitioning a services-led offering to a product-led model. Manage and develop product managers, prioritize roadmaps, build business cases, align cross-functional teams, mitigate delivery risks, own portfolio metrics, and partner with engineering, sales, and customer success to drive revenue and retention.

Provide technical support for the Alio/LINQ ERP suite to K–12 district customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot issues, document cases in Salesforce, report defects/enhancements, create training materials, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer problems.

Lead and own the flagship React Native mobile app (iOS/Android), set company-wide mobile architecture and standards, provide hands-on technical leadership to contractor engineers, diagnose complex platform issues, manage mobile CI/CD and app store releases, and collaborate across web and backend teams to deliver secure, high-quality mobile features.
