Own Linktree’s production AI platform, including pipelines, model and prompt versioning, evaluations, monitoring, rollback, cost, latency, and reliability. Drive internal AI adoption through tooling, agent workflows, and enablement across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support. Establish practical governance for data handling and vendor risk, make build-versus-buy decisions, align AI investment with business priorities, and mentor engineers and analysts.

Own Linktree’s product-led acquisition strategy, including profile-to-signup journeys, SEO, referrals, organic growth loops, landing pages, and zero-to-one acquisition products. Lead funnel analysis and experimentation to increase qualified traffic, signup conversion, referrals, and new-user growth. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, SEO, Lifecycle, Activation, and executives to build measurable, scalable acquisition systems and communicate strategy and results.

Own FP&A across management accounts, P&Ls, headcount and compensation modeling, budgeting, reforecasting, month-end reporting, NetSuite improvements, strategic scenario modeling, and investor reporting. Partner with leaders across the business to explain performance, guide investment decisions, and improve financial processes in a high-growth technology environment.
