Lead activation strategy across the early user journey to accelerate time-to-value and retention. Define activation milestones, run high-velocity experiments, analyze funnels and cohorts, partner with Data, Design, Engineering, and Marketing, and communicate results to executives to drive onboarding, engagement, and downstream conversion at scale.

The Staff AI Engineer will build, deploy, and maintain AI applications, manage data pipelines, and lead technical designs while mentoring engineers.
